Today's run was a little hotter than Tuesday's and I cut it a little short by coming back on Atherton rather than along the marsh and through the cemetary. Shaves about a mile off the distance and helped keep me from overheating before hitting the big hill on the way home. Feel good now, but didn't make it all the way up Cerro Crest without walking. I hate that! That's why I've elected the rhino photo, cause that's how I felt on the hill today.
