The MMOB Daily Quote - Mark Twain Sunday

Sunday's at The MMOB Daily Quote are dedicated to Mark Twain for the foreseeable future.

In case that comes as a surprise to anyone, I can't put in any more clearly than this: nobody before or since has had Twain's combination of wit and wisdom, and been able to express it in such a memorable, meaningful and succinct way.

And with such a treasure trove to pull from, I'll be able to dole out a few gems every Sunday for quite some time. I can't think of a better way to whet your appetite for good stuff. Look forward to it as a guaranteed sliver of reading sunshine amidst the downpour that is the rest of your week.

So, without further ado I present this weeks notables from the esteemed man in the white suit.

“The trouble ain't that there is too many fools, but that the lightning ain't distributed right.”

“When you fish for love, bait with your heart, not your brain”

“When angry, count to four. When very angry, swear.”

Today's quotes provided by ThinkExist.com.

Cheers! - Jason
