Running Log - 7.9 Miles in Novato

I did my favorite loop from my house: up the hill, out School to Atherton, then much of the way down Olive, crossing back over Chase/Cherry/Armstrong to Atherton, then out Binford and along the marsh and through the cemetary, up Bugeia/Bahia and then all the way up the hill home. For the first time this week I felt strong all the way through, even up the final hills. All-in-all another good day on both the dirt and pavement.
