Running Log - 7 Miles in Indian Valley

Enjoyed another leisurely 7 miles in Indian Valley after dropping Robbie at football practice. Today was a little cooler so I felt good even though it was a second straight running day.

Started at the field at San Jose Middle School, ran past the Indian Valley College parking lots, through the softball fields and then hit the dirt. Did a kind of figure eight path from there, going to the lake, then up and over the switchbacks, out to the trailhead, back up and the Ad Schwint trail, pack to the main path and then a reversal over the switchbacks to the pond and then all the way back to the field.

Distance: 7 miles

Time: 70 minutes - mid-afternoon

Weather: Sunny, warm
